Scanning

From the suggestion box:

Hello, I appreciate all the services at the JCU Library. I have used the scanner on the 1st floor of the library multiple times last year, in both semesters, and multiple times this year already, for presentation and essay preparation. The scanner machinary and system is incredibly slow, especially compared to the state of the art systems and computers that JCU offers on the same floor of the Library and at the same campus. I suggest the requistion of new scanner in keeping with the quality standards that JCU provide.

Thank you for this suggestion. We are currently updating the computer attached to the scanner as this may resolve the problem. If not, then we will also upgrade the scanner.
